Maeve deals with all aspects of family law and has extensive experience of acting for clients in relation to prenuptial agreements, including advising very wealthy (high net worth and ultra high net worth) individuals. Her experience includes advising an ultra high net worth individual, with assets in excess of £500 million, in relation to a prenuptial agreement.

She has advised both the economically stronger and economically weaker partners in relation to pre- and postnuptial agreements, as well as other marital agreements.

Maeve is an experienced family mediator, having trained with John Haynes, NFM and the Family Mediators Association.

She was amongst the first group of family law professionals in England to train in collaborative law in September 2003 and, since 2004, has been providing collaborative law as a process option for clients who do not wish to go to court.

Maeve is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law and Family Mediation (Practitioner member) panels, a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a member of Resolution – first for family law.
